Tubing
The plant is one of the biggest tubing manufacturers in China. Tubing and its coupling made and checked in the plant are in full accordance with API Spec 5CT.
The kinds of the tubing made in the plant are as follows: 2 3/8in, 2 7/8in and 3 1/2in NU and EU tubing of J55, N80 and P110 steel grade. After upsetting, the tubing endures full-length heat treatments. The heat treatment procedure is controlled by computers. Tubing production capacity is 50,000 ton per year and the upsetting and heat treatment capacity is 15,000 ton per year.
With a perfect management system for tubing quality, the plant got ISO9001 quality system certificate from Classification Society of China in 1996 and got ISO9001 quality system certificate from API in 1999. Tubing and its coupling is one of main products to be covered with the quality system. In the mean time, the product was also authorized to use API Spec 5 CT monogram in 1999 (Certificate No.5CT-0484). The product is stable and reliable in quality, characteristic data are in accordance with the requirement of API Spec 5 CT specification for Casing and Tubing and API Std.5B Specification for Machining, Measurement and Inspection of Casing, Tubing and Line Pipe. It is reliable in performance, long in life and can meet the requirements of oil production operation.

 Epoxy Resin Coat Anti-corrosion Tubing
Poxy resin coat anti-corrosion tubing is mainly used in injection wells and paraffin wells. Compared to the other anti-corrosion tubing, the tubing has following advantages:
High mechanical strength, excellent tenacity.
The epoxy resin coat tightly adheres to the tubing body, so it can increase the reliability and prevent it from slough off and polluting the grand.
The coat is not poisonous and non-pollution.
Excellent physical and mechanical performance, and electric insulation.
Good heat resistance allows the continuous operation under the temperature less than 150oC.
The smooth surface can prevent dirt from accumulating and increase the medium transportation ability.
Adopt special sealing technology, anticorrosive layer spread all over the end surface of tubing, inner and outer chamfer angle and coupling screw thread to insure the anticorrosive ability in fluid channel of tubing.
